Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of InsideStore (the “Service”), operated by Tapnetic LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

InsideStore is a web-based dashboard that monitors and reports on United States App Store chart rankings, app metadata, and related analytics. The Service aggregates publicly available App Store data and presents it alongside your tracking configurations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, that you are accessing the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your Account

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information current. You must notify us promptly at mail@tapnetic.ai of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Attempt to access, scrape, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service, its underlying systems, or data beyond what the Service’s interface explicitly provides;
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, including any servers, networks, or APIs used by the Service;
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or lease access to the Service without our prior written permission;
  • Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

5. Third-Party Content and Data

The Service displays data sourced from public App Store feeds and other third-party sources. We do not own or control this third-party data and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability. Ranking data may be delayed relative to live App Store data. You should not rely solely on the Service for critical business decisions and should verify important data independently.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its interface, code, branding, and original content, is owned by Tapnetic LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service (such as tracked applications, keywords, and competitor lists). By submitting such data, you grant Tapnetic LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that data solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you.

7. Fees and Subscriptions

Some features of the Service may require payment. Any fees, subscription plans, and billing terms will be presented to you separately at the time of purchase. Paid features are governed by the terms presented at checkout together with these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at mail@tapnetic.ai. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data displayed will be accurate or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tapnetic LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, however caused and under any theory of liability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tapnetic LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless you are a consumer with mandatory rights to a different forum under local law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date and will become effective as soon as it is accessible. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
